The theme for the October 21, 20117 home football game at 2 PM is "Local Heroes Day" sponsored by Nebraska Lottery. We will be recognizing and celebrating all of the local heroes from the area, and Nebraska Lottery is supplying the tickets for our heroes. Any military, fire fighters, police officers, cancer survivors, or EMT's can pick up a free General Admission ticket at the Will Call window, all thanks to Nebraska Lottery. 

UNK Athletics is taking nominations for anyone that could be considered a Local Hero. Loper Athletics will recognize as many Local Heroes as time allows.
