Dear Current Student Athletes,

On behalf of the athletics staff at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, I would like to welcome you to the Loper family. We are confident that you will find the University and community a supportive environment during your UNK experiences.

Being a part of the tradition that is Loper Athletics can be both rewarding and challenging. Please be aware that the privilege of being a student-athlete and a member of the University of Nebraska at Kearney Athletics family brings with it certain responsibilities. I encourage you, if you have any questions or concerns, to always "ASK BEFORE YOU ACT."

A support network is in place to aid you throughout your career. I urge you to take full advantage of this wonderful opportunity you have to earn a quality college degree and also participate in intercollegiate athletics.
