Tobey wrapped up his Loper career by finishing fourth in both the shot put and discus this weekend at the NCAA outdoor meet in California.

Overcoming several injuries to be an eight-time All-American and a 2010 national champ, Tobey is among the most decorated athletes in UNK history.
