 A sophomore middle from Omaha Marian, Pesavento is also the RMAC Defensive Player of the Week after having 12 blocks over the weekend.

Helping UNK beat nationally-ranked Metro State and Regis, Pesavento also was a force on offensive, averaging 2.71 kills per set while hitting .306.
