A sophomore from Wichita, Bonds helped the Aqualopers beat the College of St. Mary in a dual and then helped UNK placed second at the Morningside Invite.

On Saturday at Morningside, Bonds broke an eight-year old pool record in the 50 free by swimming a 25.59. She also had a personal-best in the 100 fly (1:01.97), which was just off the pool record.

Winning both of those events, Bonds also swam on the winning 200 free relay team and the 400 medley team that placed second.

Friday night in Omaha, she won the 200 IM and was on the first place 400 medley relay team.
