University of Nebraska - Kearney Athletics

Hepburn (East Hampton, Conn.) placed second at the 30th Annual Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational this past weekend, the only non-Division I individual to crack the top four.

Ranked second in Division II at 157 lbs., Hepburn knocked off wrestler from Wyoming, Pittsburgh, Harvard and Nebraska to reach the finals.

There, he battled No. 1 ranked and two-time Division I national champion Kyle Dake of Cornell before falling 4-0.

Hepburn joins Tervel Dlagnev and Trevor Charbonneau as Lopers to recently place at the Las Vegas Invite.
