University of Nebraska - Kearney Athletics

A sophomore from Wichita, Bonds was part of a record breaking weekend for the Aqualopers.

Competing at the RMAC Championships in Texas, Bonds broke a 20-year old school record in the 100 fly by going 59.84 in prelims. She finished sixth in the finals, the top showing for a UNK swimmer in an individual event. 

Bonds also was 12th in the 50 free, 21st in the 100 free and swam on three relay teams.
