A true freshman from Florida, Colgate won the Wayne State College Invite this past weekend thanks to a four under par 140.

Carding back-to-back rounds of 70, Colgate is the second Loper to win a tournament this season, following Lance Lawson (Hastings College Invite) in the fall.

Colgate's effort helped UNK finish second in a field of 12.
