In a 3-2 loss at nationally-ranked Washburn, Massanet had a career-high 25 kills. The total was just six shy of the school record, set in 2010 by Jeri Walkowiak.

Coming back from injury, Massanet hit .412 in the loss to the Ichabods and also provided 15 digs, five assists and a block.

The night before at Emporia, the Kansas native had 10 kills, 13 digs and hit .529.
