Had 14 tackles as the Lopers beat Lincoln, 24-14, Saturday at Cope Stadium.

Also forcing a fumble and having two tackles for a loss, Werner now has 269 stops in his career, second most by a Loper in the D2 era (1990-present).

Current Missouri State assistant coach DJ Vokolek had 283 stops between his sophomore and senior seasons.
