Benesch led UNK at KU's Rim Rock Farm Collegiate Classic thanks to an 11th place finish.

She ran the 6k course in 22:39.5, second fastest among non-D1 runners.

The Lopers were third in the College Division and 8th overall, beating D1 members Missouri State and Oral Roberts.
