Kozeal had 14 tackles (11 solo) and three PBU's as UNK led # 9 Pitt State at the half and until late in the 3rd quarter.

Kozeal and the Loper defense held on three 4th down conversions in the 1st half and also forced Pitt to kick two field goals.
