Knudson is now a three-time steeplechase champ after winning the event at the MIAA's in St. Charles, Mo., on Sunday afternoon.

Winning by nearly 10 seconds, he turned in an NCAA provisional 9:17.56 to be only the fourth Loper man to win three straight outdoor league titles.
