Was the Lopers top finisher at the Central Regional meet, helping the team qualify for the NCAA Cross Country Championships.

One of five Lopers to finish in the top 32, Obermier ran the 10k course in 31:06.37 as 14th-ranked UNK placed 3rd in a field of 27.
