Tobey earned his 5th All-American honor -- tied for the most ever by a Loper man at the NCAA Division II level -- this past weekend at the NCAA Championships in New Mexico.

Throwing the shot 61-0, Tobey finished as national runner up. He has now placed in the top four five times and the NCAA indoor or outdoor meets.
