Usman became UNK's 12th all-time national champion when he scored a late takedown to beat Wisconsin-Parkside's Luke Rynish, 5-3, in the 174 lbs. finals Saturday in Omaha.

The Texan ends his collegiate career on a 30-match win streak and his 44-1 season record is among the best in UNK history.

A three-time All-American, Usman is tied for sixth on the Loper career wins list (115).
