In Friday's 24-18 win at Mesa State, Haake went 3 for 6 with 3 runs scored and 9 RBI's. He belted Grand Slams in the second and eighth innings.

The 9 RBI's are one short of the known school record (10, Joe Nowaczyk). Haake is also believed to be the first Loper to have two Grand Slams in one game.

The Beatrice native finished the weekend batting .313 against the Mavericks.
