Cooper tossed a two-hit complete game shutout of Northeastern State last Friday afternoon in Tahlequah. Throwing 121 pitchers, he no-hit NSU for five innings and only allowed leadoff hits in the sixth and ninth innings.

He fanned nine and walked three to improve to 6-2 on the year with a 2.36 ERA. Cooper's 9-inning complete game shutout is just the fourth such effort by a UNK pitcher in the last 14 years.
