Hansen placed seventh out of 189 at the NCAA Central Regional meet Saturday in Joplin, Mo. He ran the 10k course in 30:32.9 to help UNK place seventh out of 28 teams.

Hansen will find out Monday if he qualifies for this year's NCAA Championships December 1 in Pittsburgh.
