This weekend at the Kohawk Invite in Iowa, Forrest broke a 21-year school record in the 400 individual medley by swimming a a 4:50.33 She went on to finish fourth in the event and also cracked the Aqualoper all-time top 10 in the 500 free (5:28.57), 100 backstroke (1:03.91) and 200 back (2:17.41) while also helping three relay teams come in second.
