One of four Lopers on the 2019 Elite Eight all-tourney team, Jackson averaged 3.75 kills and 3.75 digs in her final go-around in a UNK uniform. Her effort helped UNK reach the national title match where it fell to unbeaten CS San Bernardino in four sets. 

Jackson hit .252 over the three matches, had four blocks and had three more double doubles, pushing her season total to 20.
