At the RMAC Championships in Grand Junction, Colo. (4,953 feet) last week, Forrest set new school marks in the 200 backstroke (2:11.60), 200 individual medley (2:12.26), and 400 I.M. (4:41.25) while also a part of four relay teams that broke records. Those teams were the 200 medley and the 200, 400 and 800 free relays.
