A sophomore from Puerto Rico, Gonzalez tied for third at the annual SW Minnesota State Invite in Arizona. She carded a 36-hole score of 148, two off her career best and tied for the fourth best tally in school history.

She had rounds of 75 and 73 to help UNK finish second in a seven-team race.
