Sanabria will join teammate Tanner Fruit at this year's NCAA Cross Country Championships in Louisville, Ky.

A junior from Minden, Sanabria claimed the second and last NCAA individual spot from the Central Region by running a 31:58.22 to finish 21st the regional meet this past Saturday at Wayne State.

Helping UNK finish a solid sixth as a team, Sanabria edged Wayne's John Kern (32:01.2) to secure his trip to Kentucky.
