Kearney, Neb. – The Nebraska-Kearney football team overcame a slow start to score 44 unanswered points in a 44-6 win at Adams State Saturday afternoon in Alamosa, Colo.

In keeping the Grizzlies (0-4, 0-2 RMAC) winless on the season, UNK (3-1, 2-0 RMAC) has now won the last five in this series by a combined score of 226-65.

Moment of the Game
A 28-yard TD pass from Jake Spitzlberger to Kyle Kaiser early in the 2nd quarter started the run of 44 straight points. The TD erased a 7-6 Adams lead and UNK never looked back.
