Kearney, Neb. - Colorado State transfer Juanise Cornell scored 24 points and pulled down eight rebounds to lead the Colorado Christian women's basketball team to a
72-57 win over Nebraska-Kearney Friday night in Lakewood, Colo.
The Cougars improve to 7-8 (5-3 RMAC) while UNK slips to 3-11 (3-5 RMAC) and suffers its third all-time loss to Christian (28-3).
