Debi Johnson sets new school record and career high in 3-point FG made with nine, to lead the Lopers past the Mavericks of Mesa State,
74-62, Saturday night at the Health & Sports Center.
Nebraska-Kearney improves to 3-9 (3-3 RMAC), while Mesa State falls to 2-9 (1-5 RMAC).
Lopers leads the series 23-3 all-time, winning the last eight meetings.

Nebraska-Kearney had their best shooting night of the season making 50% (27-54) from the floor. UNK came into tonight shooting 37.9% from the field.
Lopers had an 11 point lead with 1:33 left in the first half, 38-27; Mesa went on 8-0 scoring run to cut the Loper lead to three at halftime, 38-35. Johnson scored 17 of her 31 in the first 20 minutes.
