Kearney, Neb. – The Nebraska-Kearney baseball team has seen this week's schedule change once again due to weather.
First, the Loper/Washburn double header scheduled for Tuesday, March 26th, in Topeka has been moved to Wednesday, March 27th. The games will now be played in Manhattan, Kans., at Kansas State's Tointon Family Stadium. First pitch is set for 1:00 p.m.
Next, the Loper/Emporia State double header scheduled for Friday, March, has been moved up to three hours to a 1:00 p.m. start.
UNK (12-11, 12-9) has played just five games at home this spring while playing 11 true road contests and seven neutral site affairs. Next, weeek, Kearney travels to Hays and then hosts Upper Iowa in a non-conference series.
