Kearney, Neb. – Nebraska-Kearney Athletics announced today that admission will be charged at Loper baseball games this spring.
 
Cost is $ 5.00 for adults and $ 3.00 for senior citizens (60 and up) and students (18 & under). Season ticket holders and UNK students with valid ID get in for free, as do youths ages 5 and under.
 
All seating is general admission at Memorial Field.
 
UNK (13-6, 7-5) is coming off a four-game sweep of rival Fort Hays State. The Lopers, for their 2014 home opening series, entertain the Central Missouri Mules (12-7, 9-3) this weekend at Memorial Field.
 
The series begins Friday at 3:00 p.m. with a nine inning game. A double header starts Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with another nine inning contest set for Sunday at noon.
