Kinslie TeKolste had another big match to help the 5th-ranked Nebraska-Kearney volleyball team sweep Southwest Baptist (-23, -15, -16) Saturday afternoon in Bolivar, Mo.

It wasn't easy early on for the Lopers (13-1, 5-1), who trailed most of the first set. Down by scores of 4-0, 11-5 and 16-11, UNK needed to close on a 5-0 run to grab a 1-0 match lead. The spurt was keyed by three blocks, all involving sophomore middle

UNK never trailed, or was tied, the rest of the way. The Lopers hit 120 points higher than the Bearcats (6-8, 1-5) and was plus five in the serve game.
Head Coach Rick Squiers TeKolste (Lincoln SE) had a match-high 15 kills and hit .250. She has now reached double digits in kills in each of the last five matches, averaging 3.68 per set during this stretch.
Five others Lopers had between 4-6 kills, including junior setter
Erin Seele (Johnstown, Colo.) and freshman middle
Tara Ziegelbein (Lincoln Lutheran). Ziegelbein also hit .429 with Sokolowski having six blocks.
SBU got 10 kills, two digs and two blocks from Taryn Morton.
UNK is at Central Missouri and Lindenwood next weekend.
