Kearney, Neb. - For the second time this season, the Nebraska-Kearney women's swimming and diving team beat the College of St. Mary, winning Saturday night in Omaha by a
126-69 score.
UNK (3-1) saw Tekamah senior
Skylar Tatreau win the 100 butterfly in a season-low 1:03.38. She also placed first in the 200 individual medley with a 2016 low of 2:22.06 and was one of two swimmers in the 500 free (5:40.69).
Next, senior
Brianna Monter (Omaha North H.S.) won the 100 breaststroke in 1:13.77, just off her season-best effort, with Ralston senior Alex Prochaska placing first in the 200 free (2:09.35). Prochaska also won the 100 free in 58.10
Finally, Colorado junior
Mackenzie Eubank was runner up in the 50 free (28.01).
UNK is off until a return to Omaha on January 16th to face the Division I Mavericks.
