Kate Ruwe went 4 for 4 with five RBI's to help Nebraska-Kearney hold off Drury, 7-5, Friday night in the 8-State Classic in Bentonville, Ark.
The Lopers (4-3) fell to Truman State in five innings, 10-2, earlier in the day.
Ruwe (Blair) belted a three-run homer as part of a four-run UNK fourth inning. Down 6-1, Drury (1-3) scored two in its half of the fifth and seventh innings but couldn't complete the comeback.

Truman (1-1) tallied seven of its runs in the first inning to build an insurmountable lead. Eight different Bulldogs had an RBI in the game with senior Kelsea Dorsey tossing a complete game four-hitter.
For UNK, Larsen went 1 for 2 and had an RBI and also allowed one earn run in 1.2 innings on the mound.
UNK battles William Jewell and nationally-ranked Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday.
