Kearney. Neb. – The Nebraska-Kearney/Lincoln University softball doubleheader scheduled for this afternoon (March 28th) in Jefferson City, Mo., has been moved due to rain and wet field conditions in the area.
 
UNK and LU (3-23, 0-6) will travel down the road to St. Charles, Mo., and play the MIAA games at Lindenwood University. First pitch will be at 5:00 p.m.; LWU hosts Illinois-Springfield in a single game at 3:00 p.m.
 
Tomorrow, the Lopers remain in St. Charles to face the LWU Lions (9-13, 0-6). After arriving early Thursday morning in Kearney, UNK will get some quick rest before hosting Pittsburg State (Fri.) and Missouri Southern State (Sat.) this weekend. That'll cap 12 games in a nine-day stretch.
