UNK had three top four finishes this fall and rewrote the school-record along the way. This time the Lopers had rounds of 304 and 309 to trail only No. 17 Central Missouri (593) on its home course. Right behind Kearney was UCM's "B" team (618) and Northwest Missouri (629).

The 18-team field played the par 70 Mules National Club. Among the teams UNK placed ahead of was Augustana which also received votes for the Top 25 last week.

Colombian freshman Juliana Botero Molina (5th/150) and Kansas sophomore Allison Comer (T-7th/152) paced the Loper attack. Molina (74-76) had a tourney best 26 pars with Comer's career-best 36-hole score (75-77) featuring at team-best six birdies. UCM had the top four finishers led by Rosie Klausner (5-over 145).

Also for UNK, Puerto Rico senior Faviola Gonzalez (78-78) and Kansas freshman Brooke King (77-79) each shot a 156 to tie for 18th. King recorded 23 pars over two days with Gonzalez at 20.
