Kearney, Neb. – The Nebraska-Kearney/Northeastern (Colo.) Junior College women's soccer game set for Saturday at Ron & Carol Cope Stadium has been canceled and will not be made up.
 
The game, UNK's second home contest of the spring, was called off due to COVID protocols within the NJC program. The Lopers have three home dates coming up in April.
 
UNK heads to Wichita, Kan., next Thursday to begin official MIAA play. So far this spring the Lopers have lost to Missouri Western State, 4-3 in OT, and at Fort Hays State, 4-0, in "non-conference" games.
