Kearney, Neb. – The schedules for the Nebraska Kearney softball and tennis teams have changed this weekend due to the recent winter storm.
 
In tennis, the duals against Southwest Baptist on Friday (men) and Saturday (women) at the Ernest Grundy Tennis Center have been canceled. The matches vs. Metro State on Saturday are still on but the times are now 10:30 a.m. (men) and 2:30 p.m. (women). Additionally, Rockhurst and the Roadrunners will have a dual Friday at 9:30 a.m.
 
The Loper softball team is still taking part in the annual Raising Cane's Invitational in Oklahoma but will now play just two games instead of five. They will both be held in Piedmont at Piedmont High School against Southern Nazarene (11 a.m.) and Southeastern Oklahoma State (1:15 p.m.). Those were the original opponents with the times slightly changing and the SNU game moving from Bethany to PHS. Finally, UNK may add another game if an opponent and location can be secured.
