Kearney, Neb. – The schedule for the Nebraska Kearney softball team has changed for a second straight weekend due to inclement weather.
 
UNK (4-4) will still take part in the "Turf's Up Classic" in Branson, Mo., but the tournament has been pushed back a full day to Sun.-Mon. (Feb. 23-24). Additionally, the Lopers have two new opponents. 
 
The Blue & Gold will now play NAIA Cottey College, Mo. (12 p.m.) and Southwest Baptist (4 p.m.) on Sunday and then NAIA Morningside, Ia. (11:30 a.m.) and SBU (1:30 p.m.) on Monday. On the original schedule, the Lopers were to play SBU twice along with single games vs. NAIA Mission U. (Mo.) and NCCCA Ecclesia College (Ark.).
 
The team will get used to Branson as they are part of the "Showtime Classic" Feb. 28-Mar. 1.
