Kearney, Neb. – The Central Nebraska Challenge, co-hosted by the Nebraska Kearney and Hastings College track and field programs, is moving back a day due to expected high winds.

The meet was originally set for Saturday (March 28) at Kearney High School but will now be held Sunday (March 29). With the change, the hammer and discus start half an hour early (10:30 a.m.) with running events still getting underway at 12:30 p.m. A total of 13 schools will take part in the meet which should conclude around 8 p.m.
