Kearney, Neb. – The schedules have changed this weekend for both the Nebraska Kearney softball, tennis and track teams.

Due to high wind and cool temperatures, the softball team (13-22, 2-4 MIAA) will host Washburn (24-15, 1-9 MIAA) on Thursday instead of Saturday. Games will be at 2 and 4 p.m. with Friday's double dip vs. Emporia State (2/4 p.m.) remaining the same. Next, the Loper tennis teams trip to Emporia and Washburn have been pushed back to April 6 (ESU) and April 7 (WU); they were set to be there April 2-3. 

Finally, the Loper track and field team has added the annual Midwest Classic at Emporia State to its schedule. That meet has moved up to Thursday/Friday as temps will be in the 70's. Additionally, the Husker Spring Kickoff is now just a one-day meet and will be held Friday.
