AS A JUNIOR (2010-11)
In the winter, RMAC runner up in the pentathlon (3,529 points) and long jump (19-0.75) ... also top six in the 60 hurdles (9.18) ... at NCAA's, was 10th in the pentathlon and 12th in the long jump ... in the spring, RMAC heptathlon champion (4,903 points) ... was ninth at nationals ... second-team All-RMAC in the long jump (18-8.50) and 100 hurdles (14.86) ... also competed in the 200 (26.67) at RMAC's ... first-team Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District VII

AS A SOPHOMORE (2009-10)
In the indoor season, third-team All-RMAC in the 60 hurdles (9.24) and second-team All-RMAC in the long jump (18-3) and pentathlon (3,314 points) ...  also a member of the 4 x 4 and distance medley relay teams ...  in the spring, second-team All-RMAC in the 100 hurdles (15.23), long jump (18-1) and heptathlon (4,467 points)

AS A FRESHMAN (2008-09)
Top time of 9.45 in the 60 hurdles and a 8.69 in the 55 hurdles ... turned in a 1:02.96 at 200 meters at UNL ... third-team All-RMAC as part of the 4 x 4 relay team ... third-team Alll-RMAC in the spring in the 400 hurdles (1:05.22)

HIGH SCHOOL
Won the Class B state title in the 100-meter hurdles... also standout for the Duster volleyball and basketball teams
