MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... was the second Loper at KU (25:26.4) and Ft. Hays (24:24.5) ... ranked fifth on the team at regionals (10k; 33:29.3) ... All-American during indoor track in the mile (4:13.03) ... ran a 4:08.57 in prelims ... ran the 1,500 in the spring
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... was UNK's fifth scorer at the NCAA Championships (32:39/133rd) ... fifth on the team in three other meets, including regionals and the MIAA's ... also was the Lopers third scorer at Hays (24:49/13th) ... MIAA runner up in the 1,500 (3:55.04) in May ... scored in the mile during the indoor season
AS A FRESHMAN (2012)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... only first year runner to earn a letter ... won the Hastings College Invite (27:01.90) ... beat out 41 other runners ... fourth on the team at the MIAA's (26th/26:27.04)
HIGH SCHOOL
2011 Class C state cross country champion (16:24.3) ... paced a field of 124 runners ... also was state champ as a junior (16:38.5) ... that field consisted of 96 qualifiers ... eighth at the meet in 2009 (17:21.0) and 69th as a freshman ... in track, 2012 state champ at 1,600 (4:26.7) and 3,200 meters (9:58.6) ... runner up in the 800 (1:59.1)
