At UNK: In 2009, qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Championships despite suffering a foot injury prior to regionals ... was 68th overall (33:03.3) ... first Loper man to qualify for that meet in five years ... placed 16th at regionals in a time of 32:28.5 ... 3rd-team All-RMAC for a 17th place finish ... also 2nd-team Academic All-RMAC and member of USTFCCA All-Academic squad ... was the Lopers top finisher in all but one meet (Woody Greeno Invite) ... won the Loper Twilight Open (18:56.96) ... as a sophomore in 2008, earned 3rd team All-RMAC honors and named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team ... missed first half of the year due to illness ... was UNK top runner at RMAC's and regionals ... as a freshman, finished 69th at the North Central Regional  ... during the 2008 track season, placed eighth at the RMAC indoor meet in 5,000 meters

High School: Won Class B state medals in cross country and at 3,200 meters ... helped lead the Indians to the Class B state cross country title as a senior
