MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... was the Lopers top runner ... All-Central Region for an 11th place finish at regionals (6k; 22:11.2) ... led UNK in the three other meets ... was seventh at Ft. Hays (5k; 17:39.6), 12th at KU (6k; 22:39.5) and 27th at the Woody Greeno (6k; 23:16.2) ... MIAA steeple champ ... set a new school record in Illinois the next weekend (10:50.44) ... in the winter, third in the 5,000 and fourth in the 3,000 at conference

AS A FRESHMAN (2013)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... one of the Lopers top five runners ... honorable mention All-MIAA for a 15th place finish at the league meet ... ran in four meets with her best time of 22:21 coming at regionals ... finished 34th, second best on the team ... led UNK at the Woody Greeno Invite with a second place finish among small colleges (22:46.10)

HIGH SCHOOL
In cross country, was a three-time Class C state runner up ... came in third as a freshman ... two-time Class B runner up at 3,200 meters ... also in 2013, third in the 1,600 (5:18.14)
