MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... fifth in the steeple at the MIAA Outdoor Championships (11:24.85) ... career-best 11:22.56 the next weekend at the Loper Twilight #1 ... career-best in the 5,000 (19:23.14) at the Central Nebraska Challenge ... heled the DMR team come in third at the league indoor meet ... sixth best time (12:!5.45) in school history ... also 11th in the mile and 13th in the 3,000
AS A JUNIOR (2019-20)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... first leg on the school-record DMR team (12:08.58) that placed third at the MIAA Indoor Championships ... time broke a 15-year old UNK mark ... also third in the mile (5:06.21) and fourth in the 3,000 (10:20.24) at the meet ... carer-best time in the mile of 5:01.76 came a week before at UNL ... ran in seven meets overall
AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... top 10 in both the 800 and 1,500 at the MIAA Outdoor Championships ... career-best 2:16.85 in the 800 at that meet ... ran a 4:39.23 in the 1,500 a few days later at the Dr. Keeler Invite in Illinois ... top six in both the mile and 3,000 at the indoor league meet ... also helped the DMR team come in third (12:11.27) ... top time in the mile (5:02.43) came at the MIAA's ... also had a career-best in the 3,000 (10:08.97) the same weekend
AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
USTFCCCA All-Academic ... MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... ran in four meets ... was UNK's second finisher at the season-opening Augustana Twilight ... ran a 19:28.4 5k to place 73rd out of 310 runners ... fourth Loper to finish at NCAA Central Regionals at the Kearney C.C. ... came in 76th place thanks to a 23:23.1 ... 45th at the MIAA Championships ... had a 24:40.5 effort
HIGH SCHOOL
