MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... came in 12th at the Newman Team Invite (unofficial MIAA meet) ... ran a 22:58.1 over 6k ... was the second Loper to finish ... field consisted of 77 runners ... 35th at the National Team Invite in Texas ... 35th with a 24:07.16 for a 6K ... again second UNK finisher ... this field had 95 runners ... won the UNK Invite in October at Meadowlark Hills ... ran a 5k in 18:44.9 to help the Lopers also win the team race ... led a field of 26
AS A JUNIOR (2019)
First-team All-MIAA ... USTFCCCA All-Academic ... MIAA Scholar Athlete ... MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... seventh at the MIAA Championships to earn first-team all-league honors ... was UNK's second finisher in 22:11.4 (6k) ... won the 5k Dean White Invite in October in 19:00 flat ... seventh at the 5k Augie Twilight meet (17:46.5) to start the fall ... effort paced the Lopers ... 28th at the NCAA Central Regional meet ... second UNK runner to reach the finish line
AS A SOPHOMORE (2018)
Joined UNK in January 2019 ... competed in both track seasons
PRIOR TO UNK
Spent time at Iowa Central C.C. (Ft. Dodge) ... qualified for the 2016 NJCAAÂ Cross Country Championships ... came in 37th place ... was 28th at UNL's Woody Greeno Invite .. during the 2017 indoor track season, qualified for nationals in the mile, 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs ... finished in the top six in each event ... ran in four outdoor meets, anywhere between 1,500-10,000 meters ... spent the fall of 2017 at Indian Hill J.C. (Ottumwa, Ia.) .. member of the Warriors cross country team

As a senior was fifth at the Class 3A state cross country meet ... had top five finishes at 1,500 and 3,000 meters at the 2016 Class 3A state track meet
