In outdoors, NCAA provisional qualifier at 5,000 and 10,000 meters ... top time in the 5,000 (14:31.73) came at the KU Relays where he placed first in a field of 30 ... at the Drake Relays, placed first in the 10,000 (29:50.41) ... finished ninth in the event at the NCAA's ... ran a team-best 4:18.78 mile during the winter ... had a 8:40.82 in the 3,000
AS A SOPHOMORE (2008-09)
Ranked second on the team in the 3,000 (8:45.87) ... first in the 5,000 (15:00.33) and mile (4:19.89) ... in outdoors, led the Lopers in the 1,500 (3:56.73) and 5,000 (14:49.42) ... best time in the 5,000 came at the KU Relays
AS A FRESHMAN (2007-08)
In the spring, led UNK in the 1,500 (4:06.35) and 5,000 (15:37.55) ... in indoors, scored in the 5,000 (15:42.94) at RMAC's
HIGH SCHOOL
Won Class B state medals in cross country and 3,200 meters... helped lead the Indians to the Class B state cross country title as a senior
