Missed most of the spring due to injury ... played in three games, all starts at DH ... went 2 for 12 with a run scored ... one double and one sac bunt

Was at Olney College (Olney, Ill.) ... for the Blue Knights as a sophomore, batted .333 with two HR's, 25 runs scored and 32 RBI's ... also 11 doubles, five steals and drew 10 walks ... helped team go 41-16 ... played in 50 of a possible 57 games ... saw action in nine games in 2016 ... drew four walks and had three doubles in 26 plate appearances
