Took a redshirt year

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2012)
Was a starting infielder before suffering a season-ending injury in mid-March ... played in 13 games with 11 starts (seven at third and four at second) ... hit .275 with three doubles, 11 runs scored and six RBI's ... 19 putouts and 25 assists in the field ... batted in the eight hole ... first career hit was a single at Emporia State ... the next day, 2 for 4 with an RBI and five assists ... also went 2 for 4 with two runs at Missouri Western ... in final game, had two RBI's vs. N.M. Highlands ... honorable mention Academic All-RMAC (3.87 GPA)
