At UNK: Started at either tight end or left tackle in 2009 ... made the move to tackle when Kyle Davison was injured ... wore # 87 when playing TE and # 77 when at LT ... six receptions for 40 yards ... long catch went for 10 yards ... 2008 3rd-team All-RMAC as a tight end ... three catches for 32 yards ... blocked for RMAC's best rushing offense... redshirted in 2007

Prior to UNK: Played for the Tigers as a true freshmen in 2006 ... as a tight end, caught two passes

High School: Part of Patriots football and basketball teams.... in football, 1st-team all-state as a defensive linemen... honorable mention all-state in basketball

Personal: Son of Ron & Janet... younger brother, Justin, is a sophomore on the Lopers
