Started 12 games at DP and one at catcher ... overall, appeared in 23 games ... batted clean up four times ... finshed at 2.50 with one HR and 13 RBI's ... one double and three runs scored ... first collegiate hit came March 6th vs. Chadron ... good for an RBI ... had another run scoring single three days later vs. William Jewell ... 3 for 5 with an RBI vs. Washburn on March 15th ... hit a pinch hit "Grand Slam" at Central Missouri on April 20th ... four days later, 4 for 5 with three RBI's vs. Ft. Hays ... Academic All-MIAA
